Summary Case Conference

In all Summary Matters where there are issues with the brief and discussions are required with the Police Prosecution, a Summary Case Conference will be held prior to a Contest Mention whereby we will discuss any issues as per your instructions and obtain any outstanding evidence. Often this will result in the matter finalising at a quicker stage with edits to the police summary of facts and/or the withdrawal of charges in issue. It is also an avenue to request a sentence indication from the Magistrate.
