Bail Offences

Where a court is satisfied that a person has failed to observe a condition of bail the court shall declare the bail to be forfeited and the accused person may be remanded in custody.

There are now express provisions in the Bail Act 1977 which make it an offence to fail to comply with your bail conditions.
